1. Nature of the service
By providing your mobile phone number and expressly agreeing to receive SMS communications from RTM Accounting & Real Estate, you authorize the delivery of text messages exclusively related to customer care and account notification, including:
- Responses to inquiries submitted by the user.
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Document requests.
- Service updates.
- Follow-up related to requested services.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing products or services. No mass marketing, promotions, discounts or promotional messages will be sent through this channel.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of your request, the stage of the process and the activity related to your case.
3. Costs
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. RTM Accounting & Real Estate does not charge for messages; any charges come solely from your cellular service provider.
4. How to opt out (STOP)
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any received message. After your request is processed, RTM will not send you further SMS messages unless you provide your express consent again.
5. How to request help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any SMS message to receive contact information and assistance. You may also contact us directly through the channels listed below.
6. Privacy
RTM Accounting & Real Estate does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent data, or text-message authorization information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Supported carriers
The service is delivered over the messaging network of a licensed U.S. provider. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
